1. Import and supply facilities

2. Incineration facilities

It's engineered to operate efficiently even within a range of 70-110% of its rated capacity, ensuring ample combustion time and minimizing air pollutant generation by maintaining a consistent temperature.

3. Combustion gas cooling facilities

  • Maximize energy recovery and suppression of dioxin generation by using a three-drum water-cooled boiler and a coal saver with 2 lower water drums and 1 upper steam drum to rapidly cool the combustion gas to 250℃ or less.

4. Combustion gas treatment facilities

  • Achieve optimal air pollution prevention through the installation of a semi-dry reaction tower to eliminate 90% or more of acidic substances from the exhaust gas by absorbing sulfur oxides and hydrochloric acid gas. Additionally, a filter dust collector is employed, using slurry lime powder and activated carbon to remove any remaining acid gas and dioxin, and ensuring the removal of 99% or more of fine dust through a bag filter.
